WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED THROUGH THIS SITE AND HOW IS IT USED?
SEGRITY is the sole owner of the information collected on this Site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you with the exception of information that is provided to us through our analytical software. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We may collect information about our users in three ways: from the user, from our Web server logs and through cookies. We use the information primarily to provide you with a personalized Internet experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you.
User-supplied information: If you fill out the contact form or online chat forms on this Site, we will ask you to provide some personal information (such as e-mail address, name, company name, phone number, city and country). We only require that you provide an e-mail address on the contact form. Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary or sensitive personally identifiable information (e.g. Social Security Number; date of birth; driver’s license number; or credit card, bank account or other financial information) (collectively, “Sensitive Information”) through the contact form. If you submit any Sensitive Information, you do so at your own risk and we will not be liable to you or responsible for consequences of your submission.
By submitting your phone number to SEGRITY, you consent to phone calls from SEGRITY, even if such number is registered through a state or federal “Do Not Call” list.
Information that you provide to us through the contact form or an online chat will be used so that we may respond to your inquiry. We may also use information you provide to us to communicate with you in the future. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may opt out (unsubscribe) as described below.
Your access to and control over information: You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.
Web server logs: When you visit our Site, we may track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs, which are records of the activities on our sites. The servers automatically capture and save the information electronically. Examples of the information we may collect include:

This information may be obtained for SEGRITY from a third-party provider including, but not limited to, Google Analytics. SEGRITY may use this information for marketing, commercial, or any other purpose as SEGRITY sees fit.
HOW IS PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTED?
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Site, your information is protected both online and offline. Only submit sensitive information for ordering and shipping requests. As stated above, do not submit sensitive information via the contact or download forms.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
We may provide access to your information to agents, website vendors and/or contractors who may use it on our behalf or in connection with their relationship with us; and/or as required by law, in a matter of public safety or policy, as needed in connection with the transfer of our business assets (for example, if we are acquired by another firm or if we are liquidated during bankruptcy proceedings), or if we believe in good faith that sharing the data is necessary to protect our rights or property.
We take appropriate security measures to help protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures.
